This listing is for a lovely Art Nouveau brass repousse hand mirror and hair brush decorated with porcelain backs painted with a rural carriage scene. The brass handles are decorated with embossed Art Nouveau female bust on each side of handle with flowers and scroll embossing around the mirror and brush ends. The round mirror has a wide bevel and is tight in frame. The natural bristles of the brush are clean and secure. The mirror is beveled and is also clean and free of scratches and fits tightly in the frame.
Brush measures 8 1/2" long and 2 1/2" wide. Hand mirror measures 9 5/8" long and 5 1/4" in diameter. Combined weight is 1.2 pounds.
Each piece of this nice set is in very good to excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws other than minor signs of normal wear. The finish has signs of normal tarnish and the mirror has one small  dark speck on the mirror. The enameled porcelain backs are in excellent condition with no noted damage.
