    I was in the U.S. Army 25 years including 9 years in Germany where I picked this up in Berlin from a street vendor selling Cold War hats and pins. I cannot be exact but based on other European military badges I've picked up, I'm pretty sure this is a Soviet Union soldier/airman skill badge designating a soldier/airman with avionics/electronics support skills training.
    Interesting piece for a Cold War or Soviet Union-era aviation buff/collector collector. High quality black cloth patch with "rubberized" yellow soviet star, shield shape, and winged avionics symbol within. Note Russian stamping on back (See Photos)
