MY STATUE PHILOSOPHY. I do my best to accurately describe any significant flaws with items, and will photograph if warranted. I inspect statues closely, and some of the things I mention might be 'picky' to some, or perhaps 'deal-breakers' for others, but I try to be fair to my customers and do my best to describe what you will receive.

Statues will be safely packaged to ensure their safe delivery to you in the condition shown and stated.
I will combine shipping if possible on smaller items
If the eBay shipping cost calculator overcharges you for shipping, I will refund any amount over the actual cost of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You are responsible for any and all TAXES, VAT or FEES levied by your country on imported items. I cannot reduce the value of items - the insurance provided must match the purchase price, which means the customs value will be the full amount

If the item is damaged, I will file a claim with the carrier. I would expect the buyer to work with me and the carrier to complete the claim. Expectations of the buyer would be to provide detailed photos of the damaged item and packaging and/or deliver the item back to the carrier at my request. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
I provide a 30 day return policy for all items.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If you return an item, your original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
